Our room was well-equipped, spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a beautiful view of the garden. The staff was friendly, sweet, and always ready to help. The hotel's location allowed us to explore the charming area, including a stunning cathedral and train stop within a 10-minute walk.

The parking was limited, but the receptionists were available to assist.

The hotel was in a good spot, handy to many shops and the train. the room was quite large and the wifi was decent. the Christmas decorations looked quite nice and added to the festive mood.

The front desk staff had a poor attitude and would not help us with our bags up the stairs. They seemed like they had better things to do than assist the guests.
